dxw is helping public sector teams to make good technology decisions and build better services.

We’re looking for a permanent, full-time Recruitment Manager to join our team. You will lead the successful recruitment of new team members, who will enable the growth of dxw digital and dxw cyber in line with their business plans.

The role

As a Recruitment Manager, you will coordinate the end to end recruitment process from planning and sourcing to interviewing and hiring.

You will help hiring managers define the roles they are hiring for, look at salary benchmarking and manage the creation of job descriptions and hiring team documents.

You will have responsibility for creating recruitment campaigns which attract a diverse pool of candidates, finding new cost-effective sourcing avenues and head hunting suitable candidates at events and using LinkedIn.

You will measure the success of the campaigns using analytics.

Prepare and support hiring teams with interviewing from the creation of questions and work simulations to improving interviewing skills. With the support of the people team, you will coordinate communications with candidates, logistics for interviews and worksims, the decision making process with the hiring team and next steps, whether it’s an offer or a rejection.

You will grow a network of contractors across the UK to support projects where we do not want, are not ready or are not able to hire suitable permanent team members.

Defining and managing recruitment programmes for dxw will be a new part to the role. We have previously offered apprenticeships and CSR work experience programmes, and we have recently launched a returning to work programme which you will lead.

You will be supported by the People Manager and the People & Business Operations Administrator.

  • have experience working with the public sector and / or digital and technology companies
  • understand the need to hire diverse and retainable team members to effectively grow dxw digital and cyber.
  • enjoy meeting people and growing your network
  • have knowledge of the recruitment market and a background in sourcing but appreciate that good recruitment is not a numbers game
  • want to work as part of an agile, collaborative team in a forward thinking digital agency
