Introducing Stacey Phillips

Hi I’m Stacey and I’ve just joined dxw as a Delivery Manager. I’ll be responsible for managing the delivery of our projects, so I’ll be working closely with development teams and our clients to help them build and launch great digital services. A big part of this involves applying agile and user-centred methodologies to ensure that the products and services we deliver are so good that people want to use them.

I’ve moved to dxw after spending several years working in government, where I had the opportunity to work on a number of digital projects across the Home Office, Department for Work and Pensions, and Government Digital Service. During my time as a civil servant, I saw digital transformation move to the centre of everything the public sector is doing to improve services for citizens. Following last year’s Spending Review, it’s also clear that there is a now a real commitment to radically changing the way people interact with government, so it’s an exciting time to be working in digital.

I love working with multidisciplinary teams and helping people think differently about digital delivery. I’m also really passionate about building digital services that put user needs at the heart, and one of the reasons I joined dxw was because they share this same philosophy.

It’s a new year and a new challenge for me, so I’m looking forward to getting started and being part of a great team which is driven by a desire to make public services better.
