Introducing Will
Hi I’m Will and I’m the new Delivery Manager at dxw. I’ll be working closely with clients to make sure that we deliver our projects on time and to a great standard.
I’ve had a lot of Public sector digital experience, most recently I was working with the Government Digital Service. I was responsible for transitioning government websites onto the new GOV.UK platform, making sure that the content and functionality of some really high profile government sites did what the user needed it to do.
Before this I also worked with the Department of Energy and Climate Change and the Ministry of Justice on transformation projects, dealing with lots of things, from internal project management standards to large change programmes.
I have a big interest in Agile working and love finding new ways to bring all types of people together to make great things. Most often I work with very cross-functional teams and getting them to work together for the common good of the user.
I’m really looking forward to working with all of you and helping you deliver some really great digital projects with all of us here at dxw.
