dxw ran a workshop with North Lincolnshire Council’s senior leaders where we used a ‘service in a box’ exercise to help them think about exemplar projects.

The organisations we work with need to have full ownership over the product and its outcomes, particularly by the time we finish our work with them.

We recently completed two discoveries for the Government Digital Service Global Digital Marketplace Programme, as part of a wider multi-supplier team.

A couple of weeks ago, during our own dxw wellbeing weeks, I attended the One Team Gov Wellbeing camp. I’m so happy I did.

dxw has been assessing our readiness for new ways of working. We’re impressed by their level of understanding of our organisation, priorities and ambitions.

The goal of the last 2 weeks was to give the team a chance to unwind together, and also to better understand what wellbeing means to each individual.
