dxw has been assessing our readiness for new ways of working. We’re impressed by their level of understanding of our organisation, priorities and ambitions.

The goal of the last 2 weeks was to give the team a chance to unwind together, and also to better understand what wellbeing means to each individual.

We worked with the DHSC team over 2 sprints to iterate and develop the new homepage. I wanted to share what we learnt along the way.

Embracing the past can help you understand what worked and more importantly what failed so you can learn from it and embed that knowledge.  

Understanding how well set up an organisation is to deliver meaningful change is a valuable exercise. We talk about the tools we used and the outcomes.
