We’re expanding our dxw Friends network. The contractors and partners who work with us on projects, complimenting our core product leadership and multidisciplinary teams.

In light of the structural barriers and disproportionate inequalities some communities face, it’s important that we consider our roles, mindsets, and toolkits. One of the ways we’re doing this is through Equity by Design training.

As it was Earth Day last Thursday 22 April, we committed a whole week to talking and learning about how we can care for our earth.

Last year in August, we restructured our delivery and strategy teams and united all of our design related specialisms into 1 design team.
