This year we spent some time revisiting our principles and workflow as a team – extracting, regrouping and refining the most important points.

We’ve been helping Croydon Digital Service to set up their first multidisciplinary team. We’re now scaling this approach to cover more council services.

dxw ran a workshop with North Lincolnshire Council’s senior leaders where we used a ‘service in a box’ exercise to help them think about exemplar projects.

The organisations we work with need to have full ownership over the product and its outcomes, particularly by the time we finish our work with them.

We recently completed two discoveries for the Government Digital Service Global Digital Marketplace Programme, as part of a wider multi-supplier team.

A couple of weeks ago, during our own dxw wellbeing weeks, I attended the One Team Gov Wellbeing camp. I’m so happy I did.
